How does SOL wellness group work?

Simply go to our website and make your booking, earliest is 2 hours before so we have the best chance of availability. We will match you with a local, qualified hero therapist who will be delivered to your door with all of the equipment. When they are on their way, an automated text will be sent to you with an ETA, and you can track your therapist, until they arrive. After they are done, they will quickly pack up and all payments are automated so no need for any fuss of payment.

When will I be charged?

The payment will only go through once the booking is confirmed with one of our therapist partners. Please see cancellation policy.

What Do I need to prepare, and what do I wear for the massage?

All you will need to do is make sure you have space big enough for a massage table and ensure that the room is warm or cool enough for you to be comfortable. We maintain a strict policy to undress only down to underwear bottoms to ensure the healthy boundaries between therapist and client. Loose undies preferable. The therapist will excuse themselves to the bathroom to wash their hands.

What to expect and how to tailor the massage to my needs?

Our therapists have been professionally trained to gather all of the information they need to deem the massage safe and where they need to target. A standard 1 hour massage will include the whole body, however, you may wish to target specific areas. Our therapist will check with you, so be sure to let them know exactly what you want done such as back, arms and neck only. Be sure to request hands, feet, scalp or face as these are not always standard. Our therapist will also check for any areas you don’t want massaged to ensure the best experience.

Can I claim my massage from my health fund?

Please check prior that your health fund can rebate for home massages. If so, we shall generate and Email you a Health fund receipt so that you can claim it back yourself. Unfortunately we cannot do HICAPS.

When you make the booking please write your request in the “Additional Notes” Section, It must be labelled “Remedial massage”. Also, the name of your health fund provider.

Can I pay cash to my therapist?

Unfortunately we don’t accept cash. We only accept payments through our website.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations before 24 hours incur an admin fee of 30.0 dollars.

Cancellations with less notice than 24 hours full fee would be applied.
